Challenge

The client required a solution that involved handling all the complex modifications, including welding, cutouts, and insulation—areas we specialize in. They reached out to us a few weeks before the year-end, expecting the process to take considerable time, with the goal of having the unit on-site around the New Year

Solution

During our initial consultation, we reassured the client that this was a challenge we are well-acquainted with and regularly address. We are fully equipped to handle all the necessary complex modifications, including installing a robust steel man door, welding struts to the interior steel walls, and applying spray foam insulation.

The client requested that we weld the struts inside the unit so their in-house electrician could easily install the electrical conduit on-site, tailored to their needs, without the need for additional steel work.

Thanks to our spacious workshop, we were able to complete the project quickly and efficiently, well ahead of the client's year-end deadline, without compromising on quality.

Results
